The cooperation between JUYOU and ND Paper has developed from an initial machine project in China into a long-term equipment partnership across two countries.
ND Paper’s operations in China selected five JUYOU CLS-A8 Heavy-Duty Dual Shaft Slitter Rewinders.
Building on the experience of these projects, the cooperation later expanded to the United States, where ND Paper purchased two additional CLS-A8 machines for its American facility.
Today, a total of seven JUYOU CLS-A8 slitter rewinders have been supplied to ND Paper’s facilities in China and the USA.
For JUYOU, these projects represent more than a series of individual machine deliveries. They reflect a continuing relationship built through equipment experience, technical communication and support across different production sites.
Five CLS-A8 Machines at ND Paper in China
The cooperation began with the installation of five CLS-A8 slitter rewinders at an ND Paper facility in China.
The CLS-A8 is JUYOU’s heavy-duty dual shaft slitter rewinder platform, developed for demanding industrial applications that require a robust machine structure, stable web handling and reliable slitting and rewinding performance.
Supplying five machines to one customer involved more than manufacturing a group of identical units.
Each stage required production planning, assembly, testing, delivery coordination and continued communication with the customer’s technical team.
These projects gave JUYOU practical experience in supporting ND Paper’s equipment requirements and established the technical foundation for continued cooperation.

From China to the United States
The cooperation later expanded beyond the original projects in China.
ND Paper’s American operation selected two additional JUYOU CLS-A8 machines for its factory in the United States.
This repeat purchase extended the relationship from one country and production site to another.
It also allowed both companies to continue working with an established machine platform and an existing technical communication process.
For a large industrial machine, a repeat order carries particular significance.
The customer is no longer evaluating the supplier only through a presentation, quotation or factory demonstration. The decision is also informed by direct experience gained from previous equipment projects.
JUYOU therefore views the two American machines not as isolated orders, but as the next stage of an established equipment partnership with ND Paper.

The cooperation expanded from five CLS-A8 machines in China to two additional machines at ND Paper’s American facility.
Two CLS-A8 Machines at the American Factory
The available photographs show the CLS-A8 machines after installation at the customer’s American facility.
Although the photographs were taken during the installation and commissioning stage and do not show material being slit, they provide a clear view of the machines inside their actual factory environment.
The full-machine and detail photographs also show the scale and industrial structure of the CLS-A8 platform, including the operating area, rewinding section and other key machine components.

During on-site testing at the American factory, one of the CLS-A8 machines was operated at a speed of up to 800 m/min.
The test was recorded on video, providing a direct view of the machine running during the commissioning process.

What the Repeat Order Represents
A repeat order for industrial equipment is different from an initial purchase.
Before selecting additional machines, the customer has already gained experience with the equipment platform, the supplier’s project process and the technical communication required before and after delivery.
In this case, ND Paper’s purchase of two more CLS-A8 machines for its American facility followed the earlier installation of five CLS-A8 machines in China.
The repeat order therefore represents one of the clearest forms of customer recognition.
It shows that the relationship was able to develop beyond the original project and continue across different factories and countries.
The repeat purchase also places greater responsibility on JUYOU.
Supporting seven machines across different production sites requires continued communication, technical service, spare parts support and attention to the long-term condition of the equipment.
One Machine Platform, Seven Installations
Using the same CLS-A8 platform across multiple projects can provide continuity in machine structure, operation and technical support.
At the same time, each installation still needs to be considered according to the customer’s actual factory conditions and project requirements.
JUYOU combines its established CLS-A8 platform with project-specific engineering, testing and service support.
This approach allows the machine configuration and project execution to be discussed according to the needs of each production site.
The five machines in China and the two machines in the United States together form one of JUYOU’s most important long-term CLS-A8 customer references.
A Partnership Built Across Factories
The JUYOU–ND Paper cooperation has grown from five CLS-A8 machines in China to two additional machines in the United States.
The seven-machine installation demonstrates how an industrial equipment relationship can develop beyond a single delivery and continue across factories, projects and countries.
For JUYOU, the significance of the cooperation is not only the number of machines supplied.
It is also the opportunity to continue supporting a major industrial customer through practical engineering, responsive communication and long-term technical service.
JUYOU will continue to support the CLS-A8 machines installed at ND Paper and work closely with the customer as future production and equipment requirements develop.
Engineering Takeaway
For industrial machinery manufacturers, a repeat order is one of the strongest forms of customer recognition.
It reflects not only the machine’s technical performance, but also the customer’s experience with manufacturing quality, project execution, communication and after-sales support.
The ND Paper partnership developed from five CLS-A8 machines in China to two additional machines in the United States.
That progression transformed an initial equipment project into a long-term partnership spanning seven machines, multiple factories and two countries.
